From eHive
When you sign in to eHive, you are automatically taken to your homepage. You can view and manage your account and your content from this page. This is also where you can view notices from the eHive team.
Your homepage is divided into sections.

Getting Started
The Getting Started section has a series of links to Help topics. These topics discuss the various things that you can do in eHive, and will also guide you in setting up your eHive account.
My Latest Objects and My Communities
My Latest Objects shows the images of the twelve objects that you have created most recently. Records that do not have images associated with them will not appear here.
My Communities show the images of the communities that you have joined.
Tools
The Tools section is where you can go to further manage your account and content. There are a number of tools available in this section:
- Communities: This tool will take you to your Community Pages where you can find or create a new community.
- Create New Record: This tool will take you to the Create Object page where you can choose a cataloguing screen for your new record.
- Edit My Profile: This tool will take you to your Profile Pages where you can manage your account details, public profile, preferences, communities and change your password.
- Search My Object: This tool will take you to the Search page. By default, the type of search has been limited to your objects only, so you are not searching all the collections on eHive.
- View Account Usage: This tool will take you to your Account Usage page. Here, you can review your account level, account sign up and subscription dates. You can also see how much storage you are using, as well as the number of records and images associated with your account. You can also view your account usage history by clicking on the button.
- View Draft: This tool will take you to the Drafts page. You will see a list of objects that you have in Draft form but have not yet been saved.
- View My Objects: This tool will take you to a summary view of all your objects. You can see your records in different views, as well as edit, sort and report on the records.
- View Recycle Bin: This tool will take you to the Recycle Bin where you can view your disabled records and either delete or restore them.
Noticeboard
The Noticeboard is where you will receive messages from the eHive team. Notices may be about new features to eHive or reminder messages that your account subscription is up for renewal.
