Viewing Account Usage and History

One of the Tools available from your Homepage is to View Account Usage.  You will see your account usage and storage levels displayed in a graph, alongside your account and record statistics.

Account Statistics

This area displays your eHive ID, your current Account Level, and the date you signed up for eHive.  The date you started at your current account level is also recorded, and the date that your current account level will expire and require renewal.  This refers to eHive account holders who have a paid account, rather than a free Entry Level account.  This expiry date will depend on the licence you have purchased, either a one year or five year licence.

Record Statistics

This area displays your record creation and management statistics for your account.  You can view the numbers of records added to your account and the also the number of images added. You can also view the number of disabled records and how many images are associated with your disabled records.

Account Level History

Click on this link from the Tools section to see a history of your progression through the eHive account levels, along with the date you started at the account level and the expiry date of your licence at that level.

Account Usage History

Click on this link from the Tools section to see a graph depicting your records and images added over a certain length of time.

Purchase History

Click on this link from the Tools section to see a full history of your eHive licence purchases.  It records the Tax Invoice Number, which Licence you purchased, the price and date of the purchase, and also displays a link you can click on to view your tax invoice/receipt. Clicking on this link will open your tax invoice/receipt as a PDF document in another tab of your internet browser.
